Use of the database is subject to an End User License Agreement (EULA), a copy of which can be found here. By using the database, you agree to be bound by all terms of the EULA.Summary of terms and conditions of use:

2. I will use the database only for authorized purposes and will not violate any usage prohibition. (EULA, Section 1.)

3. The database is provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, with no warranty whatsoever. (EULA, Section 5.)

4. I am solely responsible for the use of the database and the data and for any results or consequences of using the data. (EULA, Section 6.) In no event will the WiMAX Forum or any database licensor be liable in any manner for any damage I sustain from using the database. (EULA, Section 7.)
